What makes Aerotech Different From Other St. Louis Gutter Cleaning Companies?

Aerotech is one of the most respected gutter cleaning companies in the St. Louis area, earning an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau.

When it comes to getting work done on your property, it’s important to ensure that the company you hire is using their own employees for a more reliable, trustworthy experience. Our gutter cleaning experts are our own employees, not subcontractors. That means you’re dealing directly with our company, not some middleman.

Think getting instant pricing online is easier and cheaper? Think again. Other companies using instant online pricing are actually overcharging you so they can cover services your property doesn’t even need because they haven’t even seen the site. Our process starts with a free onsite estimate when we visit your property to give you an exact price for your gutter cleaning project so you know exactly what to expect.

If a customized estimate makes you concerned about the price you’ll pay, don’t worry. With our Price Match Guarantee, Aerotech will match any written estimate from a licensed and fully insured (liability and worker’s comp) gutter service company for the same gutter cleaning service.

All we do at Aerotech is gutters, so you can rest assured that when we perform your gutter cleaning, it’s done correctly and thoroughly. If we discover any needed repairs during your cleaning service, we’ll provide you with a FREE estimate. In addition to gutter cleaning, we also offer new gutter installation and gutter repair services.

Scheduling with other service providers can also prove difficult, but Aerotech is proud to be worry-free. You don’t even need to be home when we come to clean the gutters. Our trucks are equipped with GPS-tracking that notes the arrival and departure times from your property to certify the cleaning service is complete. You’ll also receive a completion survey via email, allowing you to rate the experience after each visit.

We promise 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with our work, we’ll fix the gutter cleaning service in question for FREE within 30 days. Still not fixed to your satisfaction? We’ll give you a refund, because nothing is more important to us than your complete satisfaction.

Gutter Cleaning and Gutter Maintenance: Why You Need Both Year-Round in the St. Louis Area

Gutter cleaning isn’t a once-a-year or twice-a-year chore. Just like other aspects of your home, your gutters need routine, year-round maintenance to operate as they’re intended.

Our gutter cleaning service takes care of the essential gutter care items and so much more. With our Quarterly, Bi-Monthly, or Monthly service, we will:

1. Remove branches, twigs and other debris clogging your gutters and downspouts
2. Ensure downspouts can effectively move water away from the house
3. Inspect gutters to make sure they’re securely anchored and pitched properly
4. Inspect for damage to gutters and downspouts

For true protection of your gutters and your home, you need a company that will do more than merely remove leaves from your gutters. You need routine gutter maintenance.

Only cleaning your gutters once a year leaves them and your home  vulnerable to irreversible damage. We recommend cleaning your gutters at least four times a year as it can help keep difficult clogs at bay and identify any potential concerns before they become costly problems.

It’s also important to have this cleaning performed by a professional company like Aerotech. Attempting to clean gutters yourself could mean the job isn’t done correctly, leaving you with difficult clogs, and it can also be very dangerous without the right safety equipment.

Don’t wait for overflow or damage to happen. Get your gutters professionally cleaned year-round by the expert team at Aerotech of St. Louis.

Problems Caused by Clogged or Dirty Gutters and How to Identify Them

Gutter cleaning is often not a top-of-mind issue for property owners, at least not until they begin causing other problems. There are a variety of signs you can watch for that would point to it being time to have your gutter systems professionally cleaned before irreversible damage is done. Of course, regardless of visible signs, if you can’t remember the last time you’ve had your gutters cleaned, it’s probably time.

Common Signs of Clogged or Dirty Gutters

The homes in St. Louis are exposed to all kinds of weather, keeping your gutters on active duty year-round. From summer downpours and winter storms to bouts of ice, wind, and hail, your gutters need to be able to handle a lot, and proper gutter cleaning and maintenance is key.

Here are signs of clogged or dirty gutters that may soon cause damage to your home:

1. Visible gutter overflow especially near downspouts
2. Unexplained water in the basement
3. Sagging or collapsing gutters
4. Water inside the home
5. Deep lines and erosion of landscape around downspouts
6. Squirrels, birds, mice and other animals are nesting or foraging in gutters
7. Plants growing in gutters

Issues Caused by Improperly Cleaned and Maintained Gutters

The entire job of your home’s gutter system is to channel water away from the home, preventing damage to the foundation, roof, and more. When water can’t drain properly, your home is at risk of potentially costly damage. Complications from clogged gutters include:

1. Roof damage
2. Damp or wet basements
3. Wood fascia and soffit damage
4. Damage to walls, windows and doors
5. Foundation damage
6. Landscaping damage
7. Damaged or moldy interior walls
8. Slip and fall risks
